You can see my torso and legs in this photo, as well as John's hands as we fit the the windows into a tower...and remember these towers are five feet off the ground, so it does get drafty even with the windows in place.
I try to keep my life interesting, and the latest way of doing that has been to move across the country to study prairie dogs. I have a degree in Zoology, which makes this transition seem normal, but I've spent the last three years as a runway model in Chicago. Now that I'm in Walden, Colorado, there's not a runway in sight, and no one that knows what organza even is; which is fine with me. I spend my days running 7 miles to our study site, and then sitting in a tower observing the dogs, with an occasional badger and very common ground squirrel. After this, I'm not sure where I'll be to next, but I'll make sure to keep it fun.
UPDATE:
Since last year, very little has changed..except I now study those 'annoying' little squirrels, and hope that they'll turn out to have personality...versus no purpose.
